Now here I am watching the game on MLB.com (following the dots around the diamond) and I'm wondering if today will offically close the book on The Sydney Ponson experiment. YIKES!

    I think George King of the NY Post said it best:

    "Before taking Sidney Ponson off the street, the Yankees were assured he eliminated alcohol from his life almost a year ago. One more outing like he had yesterday, and the Yankees should tell Ponson to add pitching to the list of things to quit."

    The good news is that a fifth starter won't be needed until Aug. 5th. The bad news is that everyone is looking for a fifth starter.
