I watch the Yankees try to win without Cliff Lee. And I watch the 2011 Astros so you don't have to.

Yankees 6, Indians 1
Hughes and Chamberlain--love those guys.
The tough part of the schedule starts now.

Chamberlain looks like he has closer type stuff. I know I know I know......waaaaaaay early and plenty of baseball ahead. BUT Hughes bounching back from his tough outing against KC proves he might be the next real deal. Also like most said KC might have been a tad bit to early.
It was nice to see Gagne impload last night. Did the Bosox perhaps pull a "Yankee" in giving up some great young talent to acquire him?
In the words of Don Mattingly, "They are the best prospect arms he has seen the Yanks promote in his three decades with the organization." I suspect that Chamberlain will eventually return to a starter role.
Yes the Gagne implosion was great to see. I was disappointed that NESN wasn't carrying the game.
I must have faith that my beloved Yankees will keep their switch in the "on" position over the next few weeks. Living with a Mets fan who constantly reminds me that HIS team is in first is getting a bit depressing. I just remind him of how often the Mets blow it during the latter part of seasons!

Went to a two year-old's birthday today, returned to an 11-2 victory. Christmas morning.
