Ah, to root for a team on a streak. Yanks-Royals, inexplicably blocked from my cable offerings tonight. So I'm left turning to ESPN, to see 5-0, then 6-0, then 7-0 Yanks.

Watched the game and the Bo-Sox and Tribe.....LOVE MLB Xtra innings. It's hard to root for the Sox....but I guess you grab the wildcard first and then go after the Sox....right?
It just feels dirty rooting for Boston....

Take it from an Astros' rooter, who saw his guys roll into the playoffs and meet Maddux, Glavine, Smoltz--three Hall-of-Famers--year after year. It gets depressing.
